Action Plan

After specified and defined goals sales reps create they own plan of visits. Every sales rep can see his own marketing plan and goals in his calendar. So as they know their goals, they can easily create who, when and how they going to visit some institution or person. Sales VisionĀ® enables the freedom of creating action or visit plans but of course the guidelines from the defined marketing plan must be followed.

Good visit plan is a foundation for efficiency of sales reps. Depending on marketing plan definition; sales reps can use a Visit Plan module

  • to analyze visit potential of physicians and pharmacies in their own territory
  • to plan visits and other activities in weekly calendar
  • to analyze visits and monitor own efficiency

When the action plan for some period is done it can be easily transferred to the central database or also its available to make a hard copy or report. Easy and fast, a sales rep can compare his action plan of visits with the guidelines from the marketing plan. Plan will be transferred to Regional Manager and/or Product Manager, who can monitor Sales Rep activity plan. Once defined, activity plan will be used for easier and quicker writing of activity report.

Visit plan module in Sales VisionĀ® includes some useful mechanisms:

  • plan at physicians and institution level
  • possibility to plan and copy visit plan routes
  • synchronization of plan data with Palm size and Handheld size devices (Windows CE, iPhone, Web app)
  • plan/realization analysis
